OH 2006 General Meeting 2
AGENDA:

1. Finalise dates, make sure everyone/most will be able to make it on that day.
-Precamp 1 – 17 Jan
-Precamp 2 – 24 Jan
-QM Day – 26 Jan?
-Recee Sessions – To be decided…???
-Another final meeting before OH to be decided.

2. Pass respective ICs their instructions and/or action plans.
- Precamp activities and lessons to be carried out.
- Logistics List
- Packing List
- Routes
- Games

3. Secretary is to take note of the following which are to be done before CCA Orientation (10 Jan Wed)
-Consent Forms
-Particulars Form (For contact information.)
-Packing List for participants, and some OH info (Only to be given out after handing in consent forms)
-Photocopy and collect the forms. Approx. 60 copies each.

4. Finalise publicity stuff. Dates have been confirmed, approval from school for morning announcement and posters are to be granted asap.

5. Distribute OH Day roles and swearing that they’ll be able to make it on the day itself.
-Runners – 2 to 3 people
-Station ICs – 6 people
-Campers – 3 to 4 people
-GIs – 12 people
